2010 Winners The Sobriety Rocks Scholarship Contest sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) encourages Kansans to avoid drinking alcohol until reaching the legal age of 21. Kansas youth submitted their creative work in four categories: music, writing, art and PSA. Our 2010 winners are featured here.
